  • With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Christine McBroom has built her career on a simple but powerful mission: helping clients better understand financial complexities and simplifying them into clear, actionable strategies. She was drawn to the profession after recognizing a widespread need for education, transparency, and personalized guidance in wealth management.

    Christine founded Lanai Wealth Partners in 2013 with the vision of creating a practice where every client receives individualized attention and tailored strategies designed to meet their unique goals. She believes that financial planning is not one-size-fits-all — it is deeply personal, and it should reflect each client’s values, aspirations, and life story.

    She holds numerous industry licenses and designations, including Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 registrations, as well as the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) and Private Wealth Advisor designations. Her experience and credentials equip her to guide clients through investment management, retirement planning, and comprehensive wealth strategies with confidence and clarity.

    Beyond her professional work, Christine is deeply committed to serving and investing in her community. She believes that community involvement not only strengthens the place she calls home but also deepens her appreciation and understanding of it. One of the projects she is most proud to have served on is the Capitola Wharf Enhancement Project, a community-led effort to rebuild the beloved Capitola Wharf after it was destroyed in the 2022 storms.

    Being part of this initiative allowed Christine to witness firsthand how much the wharf meant to residents and visitors alike. Hearing the stories and memories shared by community members gave her an even greater sense of purpose and reinforced her passion for serving others.

    Among the accolades Christine is most proud of are being named Woman of the Year by the Capitola-Soquel Chamber of Commerce* and being recognized on the 2026 edition of the Forbes Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisors list. These honors reflect both her professional excellence and her dedication to leadership within her industry and community.

    Outside of the office, Christine finds joy in camping and traveling with her family. She and her husband, Rory, enjoy skiing, hiking with their fur babies Bosco and Scout, and creating meaningful adventures with their sons, Kingston and Beckett. Whether at home or abroad, Christine and Rory are intentional about teaching their boys the importance of giving back, being active members of their community, and appreciating the world around them.

Gina Moulder

Client Services Manager

  • Gina is the Client Services Manager at Lanai Wealth Partners, where she provides comprehensive administrative and client service support with a strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and regulatory compliance.

    Known for her warm communication style and meticulous attention to detail, Gina plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams alike. 

    She manages a wide range of operational responsibilities, including account onboarding, transfers, retirement plan administration, and trust and beneficiary updates.

    When she’s not overseeing the operational heartbeat of the office, Gina supports team development, contributes to process improvements, and helps maintain a welcoming, service‑oriented environment. 

    Gina joined Lanai in 2013 after more than a decade in Corporate Travel, where she managed dedicated teams supporting large Silicon Valley companies. She is valued for her proactive problem‑solving, client‑first mindset, and ability to navigate complex administrative and compliance requirements with professionalism and efficiency.

    She approaches every client interaction with care and clarity, helping families and advisors stay organized and informed through every step of the financial process. 

    Gina grew up in Fremont, CA and moved to Aptos in 1999. She currently lives in Seacliff with her partner, Rob, and their Corgi fur babies, Leia and Kenobi. She has two granddaughters who live in Texas.

    In her free time, she enjoys discovering new restaurants, working on home improvement projects, traveling especially road trips in her camper van, and exploring the beautiful area she’s grateful to call home.

  • Mike Holmlund brings nearly 30 years of experience navigating complex financial and organizational decisions to his work in financial planning. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families build long-term financial security with clarity, confidence, and well-informed strategies.

    Known for translating complex ideas into clear, actionable guidance, Mike helps clients understand their current financial picture and define realistic, achievable goals for the future. He takes a personalized approach—listening carefully, understanding each client’s priorities, and offering thoughtful, tailored recommendations. Education is central to his philosophy, empowering clients to make confident, informed decisions aligned with their aspirations.

    Mike holds multiple financial industry licenses and joined Lanai Wealth Partners in 2026, where he supports the practice’s commitment to personalized service, transparency, and client-focused wealth management. He is actively involved in the Santa Cruz community, serving on the Board of Directors for Mission Springs Christian Conference Center and in leadership roles with other nonprofit organizations.

    When he’s not working with clients or serving in the community, Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking in the natural beauty of California.

  • Lindsey began her career in mortgage processing, where she built a strong reputation for accuracy, reliability, and a natural ability to guide clients through complex financial details.

    That early experience deepened her understanding of financial operations and strengthened the clear, thoughtful communication style that continues to define her work.

    Today, in the broader financial services space, Lindsey brings the same discipline and client first mindset to every interaction. She is committed to delivering a seamless client experience through steady support, careful follow through, and attention to detail.

    She thrives in roles where operational precision meets genuine human connection, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every step.

    A Santa Cruz native, Lindsey embraces the coastal lifestyle she shares with her husband, David, and their son, Braxton.

    Outside of work, she is a devoted 49ers fan and enjoys cheering on her team while hosting game day gatherings with family and friends.

    Tiffany Marshall joined Raymond James Trust, N.A. in 2016 as Trust Consultant for the West region. She partners with financial advisors and their clients to thoughtfully address trust and estate planning needs, ensuring fiduciary solutions align with each client’s broader wealth strategy.

    With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Tiffany brings deep expertise and a steady, relationship driven approach to her work. She focuses on identifying trust solutions that add meaningful value and integrate seamlessly into the client’s overall financial plan.

    Prior to joining Raymond James Trust, Tiffany served as a Senior Trust Officer with Union Bank in San Francisco, where she worked closely with families to help implement estate planning strategies and steward long term trust relationships.

    She also spent five years as a Trust Officer with Wells Fargo Bank, managing complex trust and investment relationships.

    Earlier in her career, Tiffany worked as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch, where she partnered with estate planning attorneys in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. In 2008, she returned to Wells Fargo Bank as a wholesaler supporting its fiduciary platform before joining Raymond James Trust.

    Tiffany earned her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation in 2009 and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.

    Cinnamon works with individuals and families who require thoughtful, strategic lending solutions as part of a broader wealth plan.

    With a background in private banking, she understands that the right structure is not only about access to capital, but about creating flexibility and alignment within a client’s overall financial picture.

    As a Banking Consultant with Raymond James Bank, Cinnamon takes the time to understand each client’s goals and how borrowing, liquidity, and cash management strategies fit into their long term plan.

    She provides access to a range of lending solutions, including securities based lines of credit, margin loans, residential mortgages, and customized cash strategies. Her focus is always on identifying options that integrate seamlessly with a client’s existing wealth strategy.

    Cinnamon works closely with financial advisors to ensure lending decisions support, rather than complicate, the overall financial plan. Her approach is steady, solutions oriented, and grounded in clarity.

    She began her career as a Private Banker with Bank of America, later becoming a Financial Advisor.

    She then joined UBS Financial Services as a Banking Consultant, continuing to support clients with sophisticated lending needs before joining Raymond James Bank in 2016.

    Raymond James Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial and was chartered in 1994 to complement the firm’s traditional brokerage services by offering a variety of lending and banking solutions.

  •  Alin Frentzen is a Private Wealth Consultant within the RJ home office, collaborating with FAs throughout the country to provide high-net-worth case consulting for clients and prospects with $5M+ investable assets.

    Alin is a Certified Financial Planner® professional and holds a Master of Science in finance. The majority of his nine year career has been in client-facing roles on retail private wealth practices, delivering investment management solutions rooted in financial planning strategies.

    Outside of work, Alin is active in his church as an elementary Sunday School teacher and co-leads seminars and workshops on money management in the context of Biblical stewardship principles. He is a proud husband, and a father of three.
